1. Introduction

Beauty AS sells products through this website to customers in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

2. Prices

All prices listed in the webshop are exclusive of VAT. Products are shipped from Norway. You may receive an invoice from your local customs authorities for VAT, taxes, and other applicable fees.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made through our webshop are final and cannot be canceled after the order has been placed.

4. Complaints & Returns

The buyer must notify us of any defects or issues with the product as soon as they are detected. Notifications should be sent via email to info@beautyshop-us.com or through the contact form on our website.

After receiving the item, the complaint period is 2 years, or the product’s shelf life if it is shorter. For product complaints, we may request video documentation.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
